Gon Erez, a committed Jewish professional in Cleveland, Ohio, moved from Israel to the United States at 30, driven by his passion for career growth and advanced studies. He earned a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Economics from Ben-Gurion University and a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Gratz College and is currently pursuing an MSW at Eastern University.

In Israel, Gon served as a Human-Rights Officer in the IDF, focusing on transparency and ethics. Since relocating, he has led impactful roles at Jewish Community Centers in Youngstown and Buffalo, directing programs that strengthen community ties. Gon is also an outdoor enthusiast, enjoying activities like snowboarding, hiking, sailing, and pickleball. His life reflects a dedication to leadership, community, and continuous personal development.
